There may be a conflict in the version of FSP Form Design in which the forms were created, and the version of FSP into which you are downloading the forms. To check the versions of FSP, double-click on the FSP login icon; the login screen has the version number. Forms created in FSP Form Design v.14 may not compile properly in FSP Form Design v.14.1 or higher. To correct this, reload FSP v.14; load the forms; then run the upgrade again. Or, make sure the forms are loaded then upgrade that computer.
