You may create a custom document set in your forms dialog window to specify which forms you would like to have available for printing for specific loans. For example, some credit unions have a document set called Lease Autos, which contain:

  • Application
  • Note and Disclosure
  • GAP form
  • Lease termination documents
  • Credit Insurance Applications and Disclosures

No other forms on your system show up in this document set, so it makes it easier on your loan officer to decide which forms to print.

Another common document set is for Home Equity loans, which contains all the HE Documents without the consumer loan documents.

You can create as many document sets as you wish. Just let us know how you wish to define them.
