Use Document Transfer to upload forms to the host and download forms from the host to your PC.

NOTE You must have security in order to upload or download forms. To set security to upload or download forms, go into Toolbar Administration for the specific security group and answer the questions on forms.

1. From the Front Office toolbar, select Document Transfer. A screen similar to this will display.

NOTE The message "User defined forms have not been updated on this PC" will display in the text box if the forms have not been updated.

2. To download forms to your pc, select the Download to PC option. When the forms have been down-loaded, the message "User defined forms have been updated on this PC," will display in the text box above the OK button.

3. To upload forms to the host, select the Upload to Host option. When the forms have been uploaded, the message "User defined forms have been updated on the host," will display in the text box above the OK button.
